• SK Photographer retains the copyright of all images and videos captured.

• Clients receive usage rights for personal use only (e.g., sharing on social media, printing, etc.).

• With client consent, we may use selected images/videos for promotional purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media, marketing).

• Unauthorized editing or commercial use of the delivered media without our permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide accurate event details and cooperate during shoots.

• SK Photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to delays, restrictions, or lack of cooperation during the event.

• The client must ensure that photography is permitted at the venue and inform us of any restrictions in advance.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time for edited photos and videos will be mentioned during booking.

• Delays may occur in case of high workload or unforeseen technical issues. We will keep the client informed in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SK Photographer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

• In case of equipment failure, data loss, or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to our data practices.
